Very good food and nice ambience.

Super nice ambience and a lovingly furnished guest room. The team is passionate about it and the service staff is very attentive. The food is excellent. Seasonal dishes can be found alongside Franconian specialties. All in all a great restaurant, would also give 10 stars.

First class restaurant, ambience inside and outside commendable. The best and fresh ingredients for the dishes. Very clean. Price performance in order. A detour from the A9 exit Plech would be worthwhile for the sumptuous relaxation. Recommendation Wiener Schnitzel from veal or vegetarian Thai vegetables with rice.

Nice location, average food, friendly service. Advertises freshly cooked food, but is pre-cooked and is only heated "fresh". When we visited, we had to wait an hour for the food.

The price / performance ratio is unfortunately not correct, my girlfriend and I had an antipasti plate with shrimp and salami. The pieces of vegetables were as counted .. .. The shrimp were good, but unfortunately you couldn't get full, just like the men with their suckling pig shovel ...... Wine prices heavily overdrawn! Staff very friendly, but that alone does not help! Don't go back in there ...... too bad!

Actually we only wanted to take a short look at the golden M, but that was already closed. The next time we will definitely stop here again in transit, we really liked it. Simply because of the delicious vegetarian tarte flambée.

A beautiful very traditional restaurant with attention to detail. There are private parking spaces and a beer garden in summer. The food deviates culinary from the usual Franconian standard positively. Here you get the Schäuferla of suckling pig with little fat and a crispy rind. We recommend. The staff is very accommodating. If required, rooms are available for overnight stay. We will be back.

Nice restaurant, with good kitchen. (Reasonably priced for the area but appropriate for the location and presentation.) Reservations recommended.

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not match the exquisite claim of the hotel, at least during my visit. The schnitzel were so tough that I gave it back. The replacement was better, but still far from what is called upscale cuisine. Before, there was a small greeting from the kitchen, different types of bread with butter. The light bread was o.k., but the dark bread was already bent from drought. It looked as if bread and schnitzel from the day before had been left over. As compensation for my legitimate relatives, there was then at the expense of the house a gingerbread tiramisu. I thought the name was the biscuit dough or gingerbread dough, but it was not. This is not a point of criticism, but it suited the evening. Two points, because the service was really nice and could not explain something like that.

After a brisk walk in the surroundings of Betzenstein you can have a good break here on your way home: inside or outside. Nicely decorated and good food. I loved the home made Flammkuchen.

Good restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, it took a long time to prepare the food and it was tedious to pay. The restaurant was very well attended at the time of the visit. The food was very tasty, except for the fish, which was not very fresh. The portions are good. Very nicely decorated and with its own small visitor parking lot.
